Hello all! I have an unidentified device on my network. I curently have it "Blocked" but would like to actiially remove the device but I cannot find any method to do this. I've look in the user guied and on various threads but cannot find a method to remove, delete, erase this device. Oct 09, 2017 · I don't want to remove the Private Home Network -- just the Unidentified Public Network to answer the 2nd part of your question, yes, you are mostly correct: we can't access the internet from our smart phones. Our smart TV's actually DO have internet access because Netflix works just fine.
If you open your Network and Sharing Center and see the image below and the screen says Unidentified Network and No Internet Access and you cannot connect to the Internet these steps are meant for you to try.
