Jul 31, 2014 · I haven't used the xbox 360 in a couple of years. Downloaded the most recent update, created a new xbox live account, downloaded the netflix app. It just goes to a black screen and that's it. I can press the xbox button to shut off and that's about it. What the fuck is going on? I want to get this to work so my parents can watch Netflix. Thanks.
